These terms govern the services and donations offered by Homa U’Migdal, a registered nonprofit, through the website rabbiharry.com.
Our services
We offer rabbinic and spiritual services delivered by phone and Zoom: personal consultation and spiritual guidance (offered on a “suggest your own price” basis), one-on-one Torah learning ($120 per hour), and group learning on Zoom ($50 per session). You submit a request, we review and confirm it, and then we arrange your session.
Payments and donations
Payments for services and voluntary donations to Homa U’Migdal are processed by our payment providers. Donations support the nonprofit’s charitable and educational mission.
Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation
Once a session is scheduled, you may reschedule or cancel it with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds
If a paid session has not yet taken place, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing HomaUmigdal@gmail.com. Once a session has been delivered, fees are non-refundable. Voluntary donations are non-refundable.
